Baked by Jamality started in my mother n laws kitchen back in 2011 when my oldest was 4 at the time wanted a Hello Kitty cake. A small memory came flooding back to me from middle school when I took a cake decorating class. At that time we were given an assignment to bake and decorate a cake for the towns Harvest Festival and our cakes were to be sold to the public. Unfortunately I was unable to complete my cake, but I did start it so I remembered the technique. I remembered using a Wilton star pipping tip. And because of that small memory I decided to make my daughters cake. From there I began to bake only for family and friends. It wasn't until 2012 that I began taking orders from people other than family or friends.
I am a self taught baker. I have learned through YouTube, Blogs, Pinterest and just by looking at a picture a client sends me and going off of that! I strive to get better at my craft and continue to learn by any means possible.

About my personal life, I am a stay at home mom to 4 beautiful little girls who LOVE what mommy does and I'm married to an amazing man who is so supportive of what I do!

I truly love what I do and I don't see myself doing anything else! The smiles I get from those I bake for are what I love the most!!

Oh and one last thing...
Its pronuced JA-MA-luh-tee. Haha I had to! I get asked all the time how to pronounce it!
